**PLEASE NOTE: The Amendment to this Policy Letter was carried by the States. The dates of the June 2019 Ordinary and P&R Plan Meetings were subsequently changed from those agreed on 28th September 2017 during the P&R Plan Meeting on 5th June, 2018 Billet d'État XV of 2018, Article 1: Resolution 2A. The States are asked to decide:-
Whether, after consideration of the attached policy letter, they are of the opinion:-
1. To agree that the dates on which States' Meetings shall be convened in the period from the 1st September, 2018 to the 31st August, 2019 shall be as descibed in the attached policy letter.
The above Propositions have been submitted to Her Majesty's Procureur for advice on any legal or constitutional implications.
