Guernsey Museum's science fiction exhibition 'Engage Warp Drive' will be closing on December 31st. New Year's Eve will also be the final day for 'Warp 2', featuring futuristic artworks by Chris Foss in the greenhouse gallery. Both have proved highly popular this autumn.
The Museum will close at 2pm on Christmas Eve, Sunday 24th December. It will then re-open for holiday week starting on Wednesday 27th, closing at 2pm on New Year's Eve.
Normal Admission applies, with Discovery Pass holders and their children admitted free. There is no charge to visit the Museum shop, which carries a range of inspiring gifts and cards.
The office of the Guernsey Arts Commission at Candie, and the Curatorial Centre at St John St will be closed for enquiries from Saturday 23rd December, re-opening on 2nd January.
Candie will re-open on Friday 26th January 2018 with an ambitious programme for the year.
