Planning Applications & Decisions

Due to the high volume of applications, and receipt of several large-scale applications, the registration of planning and building control applications is currently running at around three weeks from receipt of submissions, whereas applications are normally registered in a week. Customers are asked to please be patient and not chase their applications soon after submission as this will further delay the registration process. The team is working hard to reduce this timescale and priority has been given within the team to registration of applications. Planning and building control applications will be registered and processed as soon as possible.
