With one week to go before the Revenue Service annual customer survey closes, we are inviting customers to complete the annual customer survey.
The first survey was carried out last year as a result of the launch of Revenue Service in October 2018. The results of this were used to baseline customer satisfaction at the start of the Revenue Service journey, at which time a commitments was made that customer satisfaction will be reviewed and monitored each year.
Within the survey, customers will be asked if they have had contact with the service in the last 12 months. If they have, they will be asked how that contact was made and whether the experience met their expectations. Customers will also be asked for suggestions on how they feel the service could improve.
