The States are asked to decide:-
Whether, after consideration of the Requête dated 20th January, 2020, they are of the opinion:-
1. To direct the Committee forEconomic Development to present a policy letter to the States of Deliberation no later than the end of the current political term, detailing its recommended policy on 5G technology, including specific reference to the licence conditions and criteria.
OR, only if Proposition 1 shall have fallen,
2. To direct the Committee forEconomic Development to present a policy letter to the States of Deliberation no later than the end of 2020, detailing its recommended policy on 5G technology, including specific reference to the licence conditions and criteria.
