In the wake of Flybe's collapse, scammers are sending emails and text messages to people, advising them they may be able to claim a refund via their credit or debit card. The emails and texts include a link to follow, but these links lead to fake websites.
If you have had a booking cancelled due to Flybe's collapse, you may be able to make a claim for a refund via your credit or debit card provider. However, those companies will never contact you in this way. If you receive a text or email like this, delete it. If you want to contact your credit or debit card provider about a refund, use a different method than that supplied in the email or text.
