The Development & Planning Authority (D&PA) would like to hear from developers, large, medium and small, who would like to participate in a Developer Forum.
The initiative is aimed at creating a forum for group discussion and exchange of ideas where the D&PA can hear directly from those involved in development on the ground in Guernsey.
D&PA President, Deputy Victoria Oliver said:
"The D&PA is keen to hear from developers as they are the ones actually carrying out the work that we approve. We appreciate that there are many complex issues, particularly at present, which impact on the industry. We want to hear ideas and discuss potential solutions to some of the most pressing development issues, such as availability of land and regeneration of our towns. It will also be an opportunity to hear about concerns and take industry feedback on what the States could be doing better."
Developers are asked to contact the D&PA by email at developmentandplanning@gov.gg by 15th September 2021 to register their interest in attending an initial forum meeting, which will take place in late September/early October.
