'HSC is launching a new Band 3 Competency Pathway to support Band 3 unregistered health and care staff. This will provide our care colleagues with an opportunity to develop their skills and progress along their chosen career pathway.
This is fantastic news for staff who previously have been unable to complete the necessary requirements to progress in their career despite their great knowledge and skills in their areas of work.'
