If you are changing your job, you will need to tell the Revenue Service so your coding notice is amended. You can do this via the online form to update your coding notice. If you don't keep your details up to date you may be underpaying or overpaying tax.
If you receive Income Support or rent-rebates you can now submit your new wage details to the teams using a mobile app.
Every person working in Guernsey, whether for themselves or for an employer, must hold a Resident Certificate/Employment Permit (Right to Work). You will need to show your Document to your new employer and they will need to take a copy of it. If you have lost your Resident Certificate/Employment Permit, you can Apply for a Replacement here.
If you use your work telephone number as your daytime contact number, for example with your child's school (if you are a parent), don't forget to update your contact details where relevant.
