On 2nd February 2023 the UK introduced new passport fees, the first time that the cost of applying for a passport has increased since 2019. In order to bring prices in alignment with both the UK and the Crown Dependencies, new fees are being introduced for all British passports, issued in Guernsey, with effect from 1st June 2023. The new fees include those newly applying or renewing their passport.
The amended passport fees are listed below:

When applying for a new passport please bear in mind current processing times, which is between 6-8 weeks. Passport office opening times can be found here: Passports - States of Guernsey (gov.gg)
Members of the public are also advised that it is very important to check validity dates on passports well ahead of any intended travel. Many countries require a passport to be valid for 3 to 6 months beyond the intended date of departure.
