The survey gave us lots of valuable feedback about what is important to our customers. The information provided by Islanders has now been used to develop an organisation-wide Customer Charter which tells you, our customers what level of service you should expect from the States of Guernsey. In the survey you confirmed that you want quick, easy, accessible, value for money, friendly and helpful public service that meet the needs of the whole community and the Customer Charter is our commitment to deliver that.
