The Director of Civil Aviation (DCA) has overall responsibility to ensure the safety and security of civil aviation in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and its airspace. The DCA is a shared post with the Bailiwick of Jersey. The DCA publishes a regulatory guide called the Aviation Journal that contains advice, guidance, policy and notices. This site also contains specific technical requirements and information circulars associated with registering an aircraft in Guernsey. Follow the links below to find out more about 2-REG, our aircraft registry.
