The survey provided us with lots of valuable feedback about how we can improve our service delivery and in January 2016 we released the results from the first section of the survey. The first section asked for feedback on your overall satisfaction with service delivery and the results show that there is good practice in a number of areas but there are some areas that need improvement. The full details of this are available to download from this page.
Since January we have been working on the results from the second half of the survey where we asked for detailed feedback of your recent experiences by service area. We will now be sharing this information with services so that they can use the valuable feedback to inform how they can continue to improve the services we deliver.
