The Policy & Resources Committee has a wide mandate which includes oversight of all States' controlled investments Funds. The States' Permitted Investment Rules direct the Committee to appoint an independent specialist sub-committee to oversee the management of such Funds. The States Investment Board (SIB) was created to carry out that role and Members appointed 1 January 2022.
