An outline planning application has been published on gov.gg for the development of key worker accommodation on a site adjacent to the hospital.
The outline planning application is for a three- and four-storey building to provide 66 units of key worker accommodation, as well as a cycle shelter and associated parking.
The application can be viewed by going to gov.gg/liveplanningapplications. The application reference number is OP/2022/2321 and the address for the application is Le Bordage Seath, Rue Mignot, Le Vauquiedor, St Andrew's.
As with all planning applications, members of the community are able to comment or object during the 21 days after the application has been published. This is referred to as 'making a representation'. More information on what you can comment on and how to submit this to the Planning Service is available at gov.gg/comment_on_an_application. When you make a representation, please ensure that your correspondence includes:
- Your full name and postal address
- Your email address or telephone number
- The planning application reference number
- Address of the application site
The content of representations is not treated as confidential and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.
Once the 21 days have passed, the application and representations will be considered by planning officers in accordance with planning policy. In some circumstances, applications are decided by the Development & Planning Authority at an Open Planning Meeting.
Planning applications are published to allow the community to see what is proposed on a site and to submit representations either in support or against the application. At this stage, when the application has been published online, no decision on the application has been made and none would be taken before the 21 days have passed.
