Planning & Building Control are looking at ways to improve services and use technology to make things better for their customers.
To help them achieve this, they needed to understand the experience of the public when using the service. The public were therefore invited to provide feedback if they had recently been in contact with the service or was a regular user.
This survey was undertaken over a shorter period of time than usual for the States of Guernsey as it was set to inform a very specific and time sensitive piece of work.
