In November 2017, the States approved changes to the Population Management (Guernsey) Law, 2016 (the Law) in relation to Short Term Employment Permits (STEP) and Parts B and C of the Open Market.
Work has started to make these changes to the Law. In the meantime, the policies set out below will enable employers to benefit from the changes agreed by the States before the Law can be updated.
