The Revenue Service Annual Customer Survey has been launched to help us understand how our customers feel about the service they are receiving 12 months after the first survey was conducted in 2018.

The Survey can be completed by anyone who has had contact with the Revenue Service in the last 12 months.

The Survey closed on: 16 December 2019 and the results will be published in March 2020.
