As part of a busy cruise season that has already seen more than 70,000 visitors welcomed ashore in Guernsey, the Emerald Princess will be arriving on Thursday, 8th September, when the annual Guernsey Air Display will be held in the skies above St Peter Port.
The visiting cruise ship mean Albert Pier will not be available for parking on the day, except for disabled parking bays and cycle and motorcycle spaces which will be available (and are available during all cruise visits).
Parking is available in all of the other Town parking areas including the East Arm which regularly has availability for spaces during cruise visits, North Beach, Crown Pier, Castle Pier, the South Esplanade and Salerie car park.
While parking is not available at Albert Pier on the day, Islanders are of course welcome to watch the display from the vantage points there; and good vantage points for the display can be found along all of the eastern seafront, from La Vallette to Delancey.
