You don't need to sign in with a username and password to access many of our online services. But in some cases, where you are likely to want to save information and use it more than once, we will ask you to sign in. That way, we can securely store your information so you can come back to it later and re-use it.
We are working towards enabling you to sign in to our online services using a single username and password (a few of the above are already available through a single sign in). In future, you will be able to do that through this page.
