The Scrutiny Management Committee (SMC) is holding a public hearing with the Committee for Environment & Infrastructure at the Castel Douzaine Room, between 14:30 and 16:30 on Tuesday 27th February 2024.
The Panel will include Deputy Yvonne Burford (Chair), Deputy Andrea Dudley-Owen and Deputy Sasha Kazantseva-Miller.
Members of the public are welcome to attend in an observational capacity but are not able to ask questions or make any comment whilst the hearing is in progress because this is a formal parliamentary proceeding.

The President of the Scrutiny Management Committee, Deputy Yvonne Burford, commented:
