Amendment 1 - Schedule for Future States Business - Dep C Meerveld & Dep A Dudley-Owen [304kb]
The States are asked to decide:-
Whether, after consideration of the attached Schedule for future States' business, which sets out items for consideration at the Meeting of the 13th December 2017 and subsequent States' Meetings, they are of opinion:-
1. In exercise of their powers under Article 7(1) of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948 to suspend the Rules of Procedure to the extent necessary to place Proposition 2 below.
2. To amend the Resolution of the States made on 21st September, 2016 on item IV of Billet d'État XXIII of 2016, by deleting "13th December" and "17th January" and replacing those dates with "12th December" and "16th January" respectively.
3. To approve the Schedule.
