The Scrutiny Management Committee (SMC) is holding a public hearing with the Committee for the Environment & Infrastructure at the Castel Douzaine Room, between 10:00 and 12:00 on Friday 8th April 2022.
The Panel will include Deputy Yvonne Burford (Chair), Deputy Aidan Matthews, Ms Grace Ruddy and Mr Paul Luxon.
This is a formal parliamentary proceeding and therefore members of the public are welcome to attend in an observational capacity, but are not able to ask questions or make any comment whilst the hearing is in progress.

Members of the public and the media who choose to attend in person are requested to complete a lateral flow test beforehand.
The President of the Scrutiny Management Committee, Deputy Yvonne Burford, commented:
