The Scrutiny Management Committee (SMC) is holding a public hearing with States' Trading Supervisory Board at the Castel Douzaine Room, between 10:00 and 12:00 on Thursday 22nd September 2022.

The SMC Panel will include Deputy Simon Fairclough (Chair), Deputy John Dyke, Deputy Carl Meerveld and former Deputy Shane Langlois.

This is a formal parliamentary proceeding and therefore members of the public are welcome to attend in an observational capacity, but are not able to ask questions or make any comment whilst the hearing is in progress.

The President of the Scrutiny Management Committee, Deputy Yvonne Burford, commented:

"This hearing with the States' Trading Supervisory Board will focus principally on the Committee's progress across key areas of its mandate. I welcome this opportunity to carefully examine the progress made to date."
