The States are asked to decide: -
Whether, after consideration of the Policy Letter entitled 'Independent Monitoring Panel: Appointment of Members and Notification of Resignation of Member' dated 25th September 2023, they are of the opinion:-
1. To confirm the appointment of Dr Nichola Lloyd as a member of the Independent Monitoring Panel for a period of four years from 15th May 2023;
2. To confirm the appointment of Mrs Alison Good as a member of the Independent Monitoring Panel for a period of four years from 18th September 2023;
3. To note the resignation of Mrs Jane Rowlinson as a member of the Independent Monitoring Panel with effect from 23rd June 2023.
