The Guernsey Border Agency (GBA) is one of the organisations which forms Bailiwick of Guernsey Law Enforcement - a collective comprising the Guernsey Police Force, Trading Standards and the GBA. The GBA brings together the various work previously carried out by the Customs and Excise, Immigration and Nationality Service with additional responsibilities for assigned cross border crime.
Travelling and importing goods into and out of the Bailiwick has seen some changes since January 1st 2021 and the formation of a new Customs territory with the United Kingdom, Jersey and Isle of Man.
