Access to online personal tax returns is available again.
Yesterday the States of Guernsey confirmed a fault which affected access on Sunday evening had been fixed, and testing of the system continued through yesterday evening. The system was then brought back online this morning at 9am, and returns are now being received.
Customers who have any questions or need support in accessing online returns can email rsportalqueries@gov.gg, and our team will be responding to enquiries received through the weekend and next week.
Both 2021 and 2022 returns are available. The deadline for submitting 2021 returns is Friday 17 March 2023, meaning customers have a week to complete them.
The States of Guernsey again apologises for the inconvenience caused this week as a result of this fault.
