For the third year running, the Guernsey Bikers Group has arranged the Guernsey Toy Run to deliver toys for children who will be in hospital over the Christmas period.
Those participating in the Toy Run will meet at Vista Café car park at 10.00 on Sunday 20 December 2020, with a view to leave at 11.00, and will arrive at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital at around 11.40. From there the bikers will deliver the toys to Frossard Ward.
Nemer Kharroubi, organiser of the Toy Run said:
'No one wants to be ill and in hospital over Christmas, especially children. We are delighted to be able to bring a little joy to those who are on Frossard ward over the festive period.
This year in particular has been a challenging year for the Bailiwick. It is great that we are able to go ahead with this event thanks to the community effort in the fight against COVID-19.'
The toys being delivered are funded by the Guernsey Bikers Group.
