Please make cheques payable to the 'States of Guernsey' with your reference number on the back and post it to: Revenue Service, PO Box 37, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3AZ.

Contributions Tax For personal payments you should use your 'GY' number, you will find this on all correspondence in regards to your contributions. For example: GY 123456. For personal payments you should use your 'Tax Reference Number', you will find this on all correspondence in regards to your tax. For example: 1O 987654. For employer payments you should use your 'Employer Number', you will find this on all correspondence in regards to your contribution employer account. For example: 123456. For employer payments you should use your 'Employer Number', you will find this on all correspondence in regard to your tax employer account. For example 1Y 98765.
